CHICKEN RAMEN:
INGREDIENTS:
- Boneless chicken 250 gm
- For marination (soy sauce 1 tbsp, barbecue sauce 3 tbsp, vinaigrette sauce 1/2 tbsp, salt, pepper powder 1 tbsp, chilli flakes)
- Chopped onions 2 nos.
- Chopped carrots lengthwise 1 no.
- Chopped capsicum lengthwise 1 no
- Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
- Crushed garlic 4 cloves.
- Ramen noodles 2 nos.
- Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Marinate the chicken pieces using marination and keep aside for 1 hr.
- Now heat oil and add those marinated chickens and cook till done. And keep aside after that
- Now once more heat oil in the pan, add chopped onions , chopped vegetables, crushed garlics, and stir fry in high flame for about 5 mins.
- Now add pepper powder and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Now add water and boil, then add ramen noodles, cooked chicken and cook till done.
- Serve hot.
