CHICKEN RAMEN

CHICKEN RAMEN:

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boneless chicken 250 gm
  2. For marination (soy sauce 1 tbsp, barbecue sauce 3 tbsp, vinaigrette sauce 1/2 tbsp, salt, pepper powder 1 tbsp, chilli flakes)
  3. Chopped onions 2 nos.
  4. Chopped carrots lengthwise 1 no.
  5. Chopped capsicum lengthwise 1 no
  6. Chopped cabbage 1/2 cup
  7. Crushed garlic 4 cloves.
  8. Ramen noodles 2 nos.
  9. Oil 2 tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces using marination and keep aside for 1 hr.
  2. Now heat oil and add those marinated chickens and cook till done. And keep aside after that
  3. Now once more heat oil in the pan, add chopped onions , chopped vegetables, crushed garlics, and stir fry in high flame for about 5 mins.
  4. Now add pepper powder and fry for 2-3 mins.
  5. Now add water and boil, then add ramen noodles, cooked chicken and cook till done.
  6. Serve hot.
